DAN HERNANDEZ – OWNER & PRESIDENT

Dan and his wife Jackie acquired Souper Salad in late 2011.  Prior to purchasing the company, Dan was a Subway Franchisee for approximately six years and a Souper Salad Franchisee for over two years.  As President, Dan manages all daily aspects of the Souper Salad brand, as well as creating and implementing short and long term strategic goals for the company.  Dan's goal is to ensure that Souper Salad will continue to deliver a good tasting, healthy, affordable dining experience for all of its customers.

RON CURTIS – chief operating officer

Ron has been a member of the Souper Salad family for more than five years, serving in a variety of roles including his current position, Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Souper Salad, Ron served as Director of Operations for Johnny Rockets, Arby’s, and Steak Escape. Currently, Ron manages the Souper Salad operations team including store and franchise services, new store development, and training for all restaurants.

JACKIE HERNANDEZ – OWNEr & vICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

Jackie and her husband Dan purchased Souper Salad in late 2011.  She has been Souper Salad's VP of Finance since May of 2012.  In this role she oversees all accounting and financial functions of the company.  Prior to purchasing the company, Jackie and her husband were Subway Franchisees for approximately six years and Souper Salad Franchisees for over two years.
