Danny Meisenheimer – PRESIDENT
As President, Danny manages all daily aspects of the Souper Salad brand, from advertising and marketing to consumer feedback and interactive media. Prior to joining the team at Souper Salad, Danny served as Vice President of Brand Management for Pizza Inn for approximately six years. Prior to that he served as Vice President of Marketing for Furr’s Restaurant Group from 1995-2002, and served as that company’s Director of Marketing from 1991-1994.

RON CURTIS – VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Ron has been a member of the Souper Salad family for more than five years, serving in a variety of roles including his current position, Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Souper Salad, Ron served as Director of Operations for Johnny Rockets, Arby’s, and Steak Escape. Currently, Ron manages the Souper Salad operations team including store and franchise services, new store development, and training for all restaurants.

DAN PATEL – vice president of finance
Dan has been a member of the Souper Salad team for more than five years, serving as Controller before being named Vice President of Finance in 2010. Prior to Souper Salad, Dan served as Controller for Spectrum Health Clubs, and prior to that was a member of Deloitte accounting and consulting firm. Today, Dan oversees all financial aspects of Souper Salad, Inc., including all store and corporate accounting.
