Souper Salad Receives Gold Award from Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado – (October 20, 2006) – Souper Salad received a Gold Award in the category of “Best Salad,” and a Silver Award in the category of “Best Restaurant for Herbivores” from the Colorado Springs Independent in its annual Readers Choice contest.

The Readers Choice poll is conducted annually, and winners are awarded levels of distinction based on votes gathered both online and in-print. This year’s Reader’s Choice edition was the result of over 3,500 ballots collected for four weeks in August and September.

The Independent, a weekly magazine distributed each Thursday, boasts a circulation of 38,000, and a readership per week of 104,000.
