Hot Pasta Bar To Become A Permanent Buffet Fixture

SAN ANTONIO, Texas – (November 16, 2006) – Pasta lovers rejoice. Souper Salad announced today that the hot pasta bar would become a permanent fixture at each of its 87 locations, effective immediately.

The Hot Pasta Bar was introduced during Souper Salad’s recent Festa Italiano promotion. Extremely positive customer response led to its establishment as a permanent component of the buffet concept.

The Hot Pasta Bar features four types of pasta noodles (spaghetti, rigatoni, penne and cheese tortellini) and three types of sauce (meaty marinara, Alfredo and pesto). Noodle choices rotate daily to provide customers with greater variety. All items are trans fat-free.

“We’re always exploring ways to offer our customers new or better menu options,” said Hazem Ouf, president and chief executive officer. “It’s all part of demonstrating ‘We care how well you eat.’”
